We recently shot some pinups with Cherokee and I’m really happy with the way these turned out. I think I’m really starting to find my pinup style and it’s leaning a lot more towards bright, velvia type colors than it was before. I’m also starting to integrate more illustrated elements. The piece above was inspired by Alice in Wonderland. I thought it would be interesting to show a fictional world developing in reality as it does in the imagination when reading. …And also to make it a sexy pinup.
