Okay, I know I said my last post was my last ADI based one but… Sike! Here’s a logo I made for a towel program called “Country Lane.” The road is the lane and the leaves represent the country… See what I did there? Look for it next time you’re towel shopping.
This is probably my last ADI topic since I recently left for a job in AZ. It was a great time and I’ll miss everyone there but, that’s life. Here’s the start of my last ad campaign for chef apparel. I shot this at Baba Ganoush in Long Beach, thanks to my friend Courtney. Check out that first line in the Chef Ad, “The best chefs know that great presentation extends beyond the plate.” Yep, I’m DON DRAPER.
Here are some teaser ads I recently created for a Classic Linen Facebook campaign. I did the photography last year at a great hotel on the ocean in Malibu called the “Malibu Beach Inn.” The models are the talented Kelly Brannigan, Kim Pfieffer ….and an impromptu, slightly reluctant Ben Dekker. Breaking Bad is one of my favorite new shows. I was inspired to make this piece by a scene where DLZ by TV on the Radio (my favorite song of theirs) plays while the main character tells a small time crook to “get the heck out of Dodge” in other words. The text is lyrics from the song. The scene was cool. Hope this is too.
Here’s an ad I recently completed for Los Angeles Rose. I also designed their website so click on their name to check it out. The ad is a completely fabricated scene that I constructed in photoshop. The photo of “sick santa” is a stock photo but I took the rest of them. I drew in the background, floor, snowflakes, reflections, and shadows.
